Fukuyama state building reports

Prof Francis Fukuyama was tasked with reporting on issues of statebuilding in the Pacific by the World Bank. In April 2008 he visited Solomon Islands. The following two reports relate wholly or partially to this visit and his observations of the state-building/intervention scene in our region.
